From the reviews
Dr. Rachel Abare is a true professional. Her compassion, concern, knowledge and caring ways coupled with her great listening skills epitomize and consummates a great pain relief provider. I received lower back treatments for over a year.
Rachel is very informative and patient. She explains with a very gentle touch. She gives different options and you can decide. I have done the acupuncture and cupping. This is the best I have felt in year with chronic pain. I look forward to my continued care with her. Thank you for caring.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Rachel, and I must say she is an exceptional doctor. What sets her apart is her ability to sit down with her patients and carefully devise personalized treatment plans.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
