From the reviews
I absolutely love this yoga studio! It has such a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The instructors are not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—they really take the time to guide you through each pose and make sure you’re getting the most out of every class.
Still a new member here, but love the studio, love the instructors and the classes. The owner and instructors are very helpful, patient and encouraging. They're responsive to email and in person questions. I had little knowledge prior to joining, and had only practiced yoga while watching workout videos at my house.
Updating my review! 3 years later and I still cannot get enough of this studio. The teachers - legacy and new - are all wonderful. They make a true effort to know everyone that walks in the door. The community this studio offers is worth every visit.
I absolutely love attending yoga here! The place has such a peaceful setting and the ambiance is incredibly calming. From the moment I step in, I feel a sense of ease and positivity. The atmosphere allows me to disconnect from the outside world and truly focus on my practice.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
