It was hectic at first, and there is a $5 charge for a credit card, but once I got into the room, my therapist, Cindi (spelling?) brought me back to life. I was so in pain walking in like a 🐢. I barely could walk. The office helped me with my belongings. As I'm typing, I note how the pain has subsided.

This was literally the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve been to some high end spa. I think the massage therapists name was Summer, her accent was thick. But she’s fairly new and she’s amazing. She really puts in a lot of effort and checks in with you frequently but not too much.
That was the best massage I have ever had. They hit every tense area in my body. I feel like a new person. I can’t wait to go back. I went with my daughter and it was a great mother and daughter experience. Thank you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
