This is the Best, most professional, courteous, and Effective acupuncture clinic I've been to. Dr. TONG and his lovely wife are teriffic. The location is so convenient...corner of Military and Linton Blvd. Dr Tong has helped to negate my neck and shoulder pain in just a few sessions.
Dr Tong is a most caring person, a master acupuncturist and herbalist. But he is also trained medical doctor in China with a speciality in neurology.This is what distinguishes him from other acupuncturists. As a patient I appreciate that he brings to his practice a knowledge of both of western and Eastern medicine.
It's a perfect location in Delray. I usually come to the Boca Raton clinic, but having options in different locations is great. Dr. Xin is very patient with elderly patients. It's so wonderful to have a doctor who cares and treats people for pain management and their overall well-being. Stress-free experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
