From the reviews

I had an incredible experience at Deep Tissue Rehab Therapy with Chris. He worked on my knees, back, and shoulder, using a combination of massage, stretching, trigger point therapy, and cupping. After just one session, I felt a huge difference—less tension, more mobility, and significantly reduced pain.

★★★★★ — Charles, Feb 2025

Chris fixed my hip/lower back that was keeping me from being able to walk even a 1/4 mile. I've been to about 10 different massage therapists over the last 5 years and he was the ONLY one with enough knowledge and skill to get me back to being able to function.

★★★★★ — Susan, Nov 2021

It was intense. It was an excellent deep tissue massage. Yes there is some discomfort but getting through that and feeling relief after the session makes it worth it. The next day and beyond continue to drink plenty of water and stretch.

★★★★★ — Joe, Oct 2023

Christopher is very knowledgeable about the different muscles and tissues in our body and knows how to truly help your body relax and feel calmer. His deep tissue massage was healing and phenomenal! Thank you, Christopher!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
