Lidiya is very well trained and experienced in massage therapy. She is so personable. Strong enough to get in the muscle for a deep tissue massage while monitoring your tolerance to adjust. I tried cupping for the first time and it decompressed my sciatica.
I had an excellent experience with the advanced body massage session. She has a deep understanding of body alignment and is able to identify problem areas so accurately. The treatment was not just relaxing, but also very therapeutic and corrective.
This place was recommended by a neighbor and it did not disappoint. I’ve had massages regularly for years and this was one of the best ever. My shoulders were so tight I’d had a headache for days. She quickly identified my problem areas and worked on those. She even used cupping at no extra charge.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
