From the reviews

Came in dealing with back and hip pain from training and it was exactly what I needed. Very intentional work and not just a “relaxing” massage. The cupping helped a ton with tightness and I felt a big difference in movement right after. If you lift or stay active and need real recovery work, this is the place to go.

Dee is great, I’ve been to her several times for deep tissue massage and it never fails to help with my aches and pains. I highly recommend her.

★★★★★ — Janet, Jul 2025

Phenomenal! Dee is an expert at massage. I’ve been to many massage therapists over the years and Dee is one of the best I’ve ever booked with. Just had my 2nd session with her and I’ll be a loyal client here on out.

★★★★★ — Katherine, Jul 2025

So knowledgeable and thorough. Had a relaxing full body massage, and she still worked on my trouble areas. She was even able to identify areas that were tense that I hadn’t even mentioned. Will definitely be our go-to in the future!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
