From the reviews

I have had many many massages in my life at various places, and this was by far the BEST. I book with Amy. She's a very talented deep tissue therapist and uses hot stones. She has relieved my pain and muscle tightness. She is also very pleasant and kind manner.

Was in the area for work and needed a massage badly. What a great find! Super friendly and kind service and fantastic massage. I definitely left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated which was just what I needed. Highly recommend 🥰

Honestly, great experience overall! We had the hot stone 30 minute massages with hand and feet heat treatments. The staff, in particular, Julia, was really warm and accommodating to us especially with the fact that I brought my mom there and it was Mother's Day. I really appreciate your kindness!

Surprisingly incredible — I'm used to getting stuffed up while face down on the table, but the way I was being massaged actually cleared my airways, it was amazing. They clearly know their way around the body and its drainage systems because I felt brand new when I got up at the end of the hour.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
