I am going to D&D for post-op therapy. The staff is professional, starts your appointment on time and puts the patients goals as their priority Riley has been amazing in his careing attitude and concern. He cares about his patients and wants them to meet all their goals in recovery.
Great place to go to. Riley a great therapist making sure that I’m where I need to be before I can be release. I had knee surgery and the problem I have is a muscle won’t relax in order for me to be where need to be. Riley has been working hard on trying to get that muscle to relax.
This was my first time needing physical therapy and I could not have chosen a better place to receive care. My care was overseen by Riley and he is a phenomenal physical therapist. After the first session, the pain that I was feeling significantly decreased - and it only improved from that point.
Riley and Michael are top notch physical therapists. They helped me tremendously. Stephanie works behind the desk and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them for PT. I will definitely be back for PT in a few months after my next knee surgery. The rest of the staff is great too.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
