From the reviews

I cannot recommend anyone better than Katie and Jennie for Pelvic Floor PT! After having my baby, I felt it was difficult to connect to my core and had some residual pain from perineal tearing and healing.

★★★★★ — Emma, Sep 2023

My first contact with Cultivate was through a call with Andrea. She was so easy to talk to and reassuring that I decided to give Cultivate a try. What sets Cultivate apart is that Katie understands the importance of the mind body connection.

★★★★★ — A, Aug 2025

I can’t say enough good things about Jennie at Cultivate Your Wellbeing! I had no idea when I went for pelvic floor therapy how many things would improve, including intimacy. Sometimes it’s hard to talk about issues females (and males!) face but Jennie made it SO easy!

★★★★★ — Cheryl, Jan 2025

I cannot recommend Jennie highly enough. I worked with her for two years, and she truly changed my life. She helped me regain control of my pelvic floor, played an important role in helping me get my endometriosis diagnosis, and supported me through a hysterectomy at a young age.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
