From the reviews
The best thing about going to Breathe In Motion for PT is that you truly spend most of your appointment in active therapy! You will certainly still discuss the problems and progression of your recovery, but it is all during your active session which is awesome.
Hailey has been so incredible to work with! She has extensive knowledge and expertise that helped me heal quickly. She focusses on getting you moving and performing, not just out of pain.
I've had back spasms on & off for about 10 years. They would last a week or two & then go away. Not pleasant, but bearable. In May 2024 my back started to spasm again, but this time it didn't stop & I was in constant & excruciating pain.
10/10 I can’t say enough wonderful things about Breathe In Motion. I go to the Mequon location and see Taylor—she’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and truly understands individualized, hands-on care.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
