From the reviews

This experience was honestly better than I expected. At first I was nervous because this was my first ever massage. And after doing alot of research at different places and people. I picked Cassidy, she is very professional and polite.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! She took the time to understand my injuries and sensitivities, and adapted the session to exactly what my body needed. She made a huge difference in knots and tension I’ve had for years, that other therapists haven’t been able to help with.

★★★★★ — K, Nov 2025

Cassidy has helped my mind and body so much! I’ve seen her for massages, cranial sacral therapy, thai stretch massage, polarity, and reflexology and it has all been amazing! I’m a hairstylist and my job is very hard on my body, Cassidy’s massages have given me so much relief!

★★★★★ — Danielle, Nov 2025

What an amazing experience I have had. I will be a life long customer and I am so happy to have had my daughter recommend Cassidy. She is very talented and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. She cares and truly wants to help heal your body. My Thai massage was like nothing I have ever experienced.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
