Crystal is simply the best! I’ve been to many different massage therapists and somehow without me telling her, she can pinpoint where my pain is. She mixes massage with cupping and the combination really helps to deeply treat my pain to the point of if going away after I see her.
Update 2024 Jan: I have been knot free and back pain free since I started going. It only took a few sessions to breathe without any knots and pain. Now I visit regularly for a good stress relieve! July 2022: Crystal worked my back knots out that have been around for months, maybe even a year.
Crystal is very genuine, authentic, technically talented and most compassionate healer. She has been working on my frozen shoulder and subsequent issues. On Day 1- I could raise my hand 50 percent. Since then, I simply take her appointment whenever I see any pain.. trust her and believe 100 percent. Best one she is..❤️
Crystal is amazing! I've been seeing her for a few months now. She's been able to loosen up some tightness in my back that affects my lungs. She's also great at combating the tension/chronic pain in my neck. She knows several different styles and techniques and tailors them to what you need/ask for.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
