From the reviews
Courtney came highly recommended by one of my best friends. I decided to do a 30-minute intuitive session with her for the October special that she was offering and I was absolutely blown away by how spot-on she was and how in tune she was with my energy.
Courtney was wonderful! I received a mini medicine reading from her, which was very insightful. She helped me gain more personal awareness and the ability to move forward on decisions. I will definitely use her services again.
Courtney has an incredible ability to connect and heal on a deep level. Her compassionate and intuitive nature creates a safe space where I feel truly supported. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking holistic care.
I was recently introduced to Courtney’s work and so grateful to have met her. She’s an amazing acupuncturist and has the best healing energy. I highly recommend her! Her location in Noe is really lovely!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
