From the reviews

I am 77 years old and am quite arthritic. Arthritis cannot be cured but Jackie makes it tolerable. I have known her for over 6 years and she has taught me more about myself ab and my pain than any doctor or therapist. She loves her profession and is very good at it.

★★★★★ — Alan, Jun 2024

Jackie deserves 10 stars! Her professionalism and knowledge of the body is top of the line. If you haven’t had work (a massage) done by her, you need to go immediately, especially if you want to feel better. Don’t hesitate to book with her! You’ll never go to another massage therapist again.

★★★★★ — Koa, Aug 2025

Jackie was soooooo amazing! This was my first massage and I’m so glad it was with her, her hands are seriously magical! She made me feel very comfortable the entire time too, I had lots of questions and she answered every single one of them, not only did I feel amazing after words but I learned so much from her as…

★★★★★ — Karissa, Jun 2024

Jackie is the ABSOLUTE BEST massage therapist ever! She is so knowledgeable in her field, compassionate and extremely wonderful at her craft. You do not even have to tell her if you are having an issue with your body, she feels it and knows how to make it better. She responds promptly anytime you reach out to her.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
