Best massage I have ever had! I had the deep tissue and Calista asked multiple times if the pressure was OK. I have recieved many massages but never had anyone focus on my problem areas like she did! I will be a regular for sure and will recommend her to everyone!!!
This was by far the best massage I’ve ever had done. Calista went above and beyond and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. I cannot recommend her enough. The deep tissue is a head to toe massage and I feel so relaxed. If you’re thinking about getting a massage, do not hesitate to book her.
I went and saw Calista last week and let me tell you, she easily provided the best massage I've ever had. I got a 2 hour deep tissue and the attention to detail of each muscle was immaculate, from my head down to my toes! The room was beautiful calming and tranquil.
Checked out Calista’s Massage for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience all around. She was very responsive to my call and even added an appointment later in the day to ensure I was seen. The text message directions made the place easy to find.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
