From the reviews
I had a great experience at Coppola Physical Therapy. I was seen primarily by Irene at the Goffstown location for pelvic floor therapy after my third vaginal birth.
I went to Coppola Physical Therapy for lower back and hip pain. I also have migraines and hoped to get some neck exercises that would be helpful. I worked with Shelby and Kaitlyn. The were both excellent and I am doing so much better.
I have been to many PT facilities in my lifetime and Coppola PT is by far the best PT facility I’ve ever been to. I recommended Coppola PT to my family and friends and I highly recommend you check them out for yourself. The therapists are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Amy is the best! I went in to Coppola on the advice of my Dr. I was thinking here we go again another PT apt. that’s not going to work. I have to say this was not the case. Amy worked with me gave me some good tip tricks and helpful exercises. My Symptom have not totally gone away I would say 90% have resolved.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
