“While I have experienced meaningful support with that pain, the healing I’ve found here has gone far beyond anything I could have anticipated.”
“I’ve learned what it actually feels like to listen to my body with kindness and curiosity, honor its signals, and respond with support rather than criticism and disconnection.”
“Constellation is a calm and healing oasis that sustains me in these challenging times.”
“I see this as a healing modality during a time where I'm navigating some perimenopausal shifts and, like so many, protecting my nervous system from the external world that is on fire right now.”
From the reviews
They are offering free to what ever you can pay for their service. The space is welcoming to LGBTQ and BIPOC. They have a lot of different services for alternative healing modalities. I received Acupuncture, reiki, and myofascial release from Dr Kim. The service was great and my body responded well.
Sarah L. Is nothing short of a miracle worker 💪. She is excellent at deep tissue massage and cupping. I highly recommend. I was referred to her by a friend and now one of my other friends goes to her as well on my recommendation. Sarah is a delightful person with great wisdom and patience and kindness.
Constellation Acupuncture and Healing Arts is a fantastic clinic. I have been seeing Emily S since she was a new practitioner at Constellation. My acupuncture and cupping experiences have been amazing. Emily is great at listening to your needs, offering options, and partnering with you.
I've been a client of Constellation Acupuncture for many years. I know that without my regular acupunture and cupping treatments with Leah, I would be in far worse condition with my laundry list of issues with my arthritis, etc.! I highly recommend Leah and the rest of the staff at CA!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
