“Katelynn Mellace physical therapist skilled and knowledgeable with muscle groups and has the expertise to make patients better going out the door than when they came in the door for treatment.”

From the reviews
Katelin is by far the best physical therapist in all my years. I have had the pleasure of being under their care. She is very knowledgeable, communicative, and very personable to name just a few of her qualities. Highly recommended!
First time coming to Connections. It has been a great PT place for me and my shoulder. My practitioner, Victoria starts with what we can do to help heal it and now make it stronger as she massages the sore area. She is very professional, prepared, caring and thoughtful.
I have been dealing with a painful rotator cuff injury and started going to Vicky Wentworth at Connections almost a couple weeks ago. She was highly recommended to me and already my shoulder is feeling better. I have no doubt she is one of the best in her field!
I just finished my PT program at Connections. Katelin Collins is fantastic! She was able to help me with my arthritis in both hips. My flexibility, stamina and comfort were greatly improved under her care. She gave me suggestions for adapting my home situation that would allow me to stay independent.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
