Lovely spa setting and the acupuncturists are fabulous! Highly recommended! <3
I have been going to Ann for over 6 years. She helped me through 2 pregnancies, back aches and a nagging cough that just wouldn't go away. She is a miracle worker if you ask me. Ann is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She really listens to you and zones in on your current issues. I highly recommend Ann!
I have been a patient of Anne’s for decades. There is nothing else that works on my psoriasis, but acupuncture. Anne is a professional. She worked to get her practice open during Covid lockdowns in Massachusetts because she performs a Service that is essential. I really appreciate her dedication.
Years ago Ann talked me into acupuncture and I couldn't be more happy that I listened to her after about 2 yrs. She and Kylie have helped me immensely. They have also helped both my children with concussion symptoms in the past. I highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
