From the reviews
I have been working with Mitch since November of 2024. I have trouble with my balance and pain in my left knee since 2015 when I fell. I also fell in November and hurt my right shoulder and have difficulty lifting heavy items.
The first day I went to this facility I knew I was in a good place. I was impressed with the professionalism and training the therapist had and just her willingness to answer questions I might have. I had another therapist fill in for my regular therapist when she went on vacation and she was great too.
I’ve been going here for PT for years even before the current owner and I’ve never had any issues with any of my therapy!!! They always have the most dedicated and caring therapist’s that really get to the root of your particular issues and slowly but thoroughly work to resolve your issue!!!
I went in for Golfer's Elbow...it was really bad. The elbow had a shooting/burning pain doing ordinary daily activities. When I got to Connections, I was assigned Lauren...and she was great. She treated me with dry needling, and a host of exercises. In about a month, my elbow is completely healed.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
