First, I took my mom to connections physical therapy to work with Jessie. And years later, I find myself working with her and after just 4 to 5 weeks, my lower back pain has gotten a lot better.
I recently started treatments at Connections, Grafton location. Immediately, Jessie A. and the rest of the wonderful staff started working diligently on diagnosing, evaluating, and treatment. They are very thorough and detailed with explaining what exactly is going on, why, and the steps required to correct.
Connections is excellent. I had knee replacement surgery recently, and was assigned Dr. Jessie Arnold as my therapist. She is extremely talented and helped me begin walking again in a few months. I am very pleased with my progress. I give this place five stars.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
