From the reviews
Very nice atmosphere very tranquil this is my 2nd experience and the best!!! I use to be skeptical but am a firm believer in accupuncture now the results were amazing barely any pain when I left... Amy is very thorough and professional she even squeezed me in on a busy day.....
Amy is awesome! Her treatments are amazing, whether you have an injury or anxiety she finds and uses the right techniques to open up the healing channels.
Amy jumpstarted my stubborn orthopedic rehab and I have also noticed treatment has benefitted my overall health. The office is very calming, the rooms are comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend giving it a try.
I am very grateful to have found Amy, she has effectively addressed issues that other medical approaches have not been able to help. She is very kind and knowledgeable. TY Amy!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
