From the reviews
Highly Recommend Complete Game Physical Therapy! My daughter came to CG PT after developing patellofemoral pain syndrome at the start of basketball season. When Advil and ice didn’t resolve the issue, we realized she needed professional support to recover quickly and effectively.
Complete Game PT did a great job helping me recover after shoulder surgery. Their staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They are located in Chelmsford, MA within a restored textile building known as The Mill.
Worked with Shane to help strengthen and correct hip impingement. Not only was he great to work with, but the exercises were appropriately built up in difficulty to better support my hip. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at Complete Game Physical Therapy, especially with my therapist, Jessica Faulkner. After my right ankle ORIF surgery, I was bedridden and couldn’t even use the stairs. I had to scoot on my butt, which was incredibly difficult.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
