From the reviews
I went to Ms. Tina Liang to better my general health using non-invasive herbal medicine, cupping, and acupuncture. I’ve seen a great deal of improvement over my health and I have more energy and my body feels much lighter. I recommend Ms. Tina Liang to anyone who is looking to improve their health.
Been having pain on both hands and numbing. Doctor wanted to do surgery on my right hand and suggested acupuncture first. Tina is amazing! This was my first acupuncture experience and my pain is 95% gone. Hoping i will recover fully and do not have to go to do surgery! Schedules are pretty much flexible.
By far one of the best acupuncture treatments I've received by Tina in the San Gabriel Valley. Highly recommend her, very professional and the sweetest. Makes you feel comfortable through the whole process.
First time getting acupuncture. I went in with a few minor athletic injuries. A funky elbow, and sore knees. I was met with kindness and respect, and was listened to. I felt like I was in good hands. A few needles and some pressure points, and my elbow was nearly fixed in one session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
