Everyone at the spa was truly lovely and helpful. The staff is so friendly and warm and they make you feel right at home. Elaine was wonderful and so full of joy. The whole facility was sparkling clean and the quiet room and saunas were an extra bonus.
I visited this spa for the first time recently, I was greeted by a very nice technician Mary, she first brought me a tasty cup of hot tea, and drew a milk bath for me, after 15 mins of soaking she came back to start my body scrub.
This place is awesome. The front desk staff is very helpful and informative. Ask them about what they would suggest for your situation and you will be surprised. They have plenty of different massage options. And the massage staff is professional and polite. The spa rooms are clean and provide a good atmosphere.

I was first greeted by a group of professionals that were friendly and ready to provide relief to my body.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
