From the reviews

I highly recommend Casey Family Wellness. Dr Casey takes the time to find the best care plan for you. He takes time to listen, doesn’t rush through anything. I had a migraine one morning before an appointment and when I left the migraine was GONE! Alyssa and Jessica are wonderful as well!

★★★★★ — Brittney, May 2022

Dr Casey and his staff are great! If there's a wait, it's only a few minutes and staff lets you know approximately how long. Sessions always leave me feeling better and more confident in my healing. I love the progress I'm experiencing!

I'm so glad I took the chance with Collaborative Medical. The consultation and follow up were very informative. The plan they've developed is exactly what I have been looking for. And the fact that I'm involved in every step of the process helps my piece of mind.

★★★★★ — Michelle, Jun 2024

Dr. Case and his staff are wonderful people. I have been going there for a few months now to help me get ready for my vacation and I've lost a couple inches and about 8 lb. They know what they're doing and they know their business you never have to wait when they schedule you.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
