Love this place especially Amanda who does my messages every month. I still miss the other place which is now the fertility. But used to love sitting on balcony outside in a robe relaxing. Also the rest room was great. Also the water hot spa. We would bring snacks and soak in water before message.
I had my bridal party get ready at CNY Healing Arts in one of their yoga rooms a week ago and it was great! Morgan is the event coordinator there and she was just so sweet and helpful. She was easy to work with and the price for renting out the room for the morning was very reasonable.
I have been seeing Malorie monthly at CNY Healing Arts for almost 2 years now. She is absolutely amazing! There were occasions when I had to see other therapists. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful, especially the administrative staff. Highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
