Brandi is the absolute best!! She truly cares about each client and ensuring they leave the massage feeling great. She takes the time to listen and is a true advocate for taking care of yourself. Deep tissue, hot stone, cupping...she does it all!
I have been using CMBS Massage for years. Brandi treats each client with respect and listens to their needs to provide a therapeutic massage that benefits the individual. My favorite massage is deep tissue but the hot stone massage is not to be turned down.
Brandi has the fingers of angel and the experience was incredibly spiritual in clearing out old energy to make way for the new beginnings coming in for me. Chatting with Brandi and hearing what her intuition was telling her made me feel very at peace. I had a massage reiki combo and it was phenomenal.
CMBS is a first-class massage facility. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. I enjoy spending time inside the massage room and the cozy waiting room. I've had massages worldwide. I'm lucky to have the best masseuse located in my backyard.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
