From the reviews

Dr Eric is amazing!!! He lustens to his clients and offers therapies that change regarding your situation. Today I wasn’t going to come because of my bruised ribs because of an injury and he changed out the therapies and time to accomodate me. I feel better already. The staff are always so upbeat and happy to help too.

Great services! I have an injured ankle from when I was in the Army. Not only has the Class IV laser decrease my pain. It has helped repair some of the nerve damage to my ankle and foot. In the 10 years that I have had this injury, I have never felt better! I would highly recommend Club Five Health to anyone!

★★★★★ — Blong, Dec 2024

When I first walked in to Club 5, I was using a wheeled walker due to pain and mobility issues. I could barely lift my arms or shoulders, and I was dealing with rotator cuff tears. At that point, I was honestly worried that surgery might be my only option.

As someone with scoliosis, i have been dealing with chronic back pain for many years. After visiting Club Five, I was able to get the care and relief I have been searching for. Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
