I got the syngery massage and the hot oil scalp and face add on. It was a great, relaxing massage that got rid of all my knots. The scalp massage was so relaxing. It has been a long time since I had a good scalp massage. I highly recommend Cloud 9.
I received a gift card to this spa and almost didn't use it, as it's not usually my thing. But I am so glad I did! My experience was very relaxing and I really enjoyed it! I had my first Swedish massage here and it was incredible. My masseuse was very informative and made me feel comfortable.
This was my first time to the spa. Great staff and very helpful. I had to change an appointment due to car issues and they were very accommodating. Quinn, my masseuse, was friendly and her technique was great for my neck and shoulder pains. I will be back!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
