From the reviews
First time tried this place with my husband. It was awesome! Very clean and welcoming. Staff were super nice. I had the one-hour deep tissue massage with hot stone. Tracey had unknot knots that I didn’t know I had. She focus on all my points and I did not feel any soreness like other massage clinics I went.
Love this place. I’ve lived in Braintree my whole life, yet just discovered this place over the past year. I have seen both Michelle and Tracy for the one hour deep tissue and it is worth every penny. I leave there feeling much less pain.
I normally don’t write reviews, and for disclosure: I was asked (kindly) to leave a review. I am happy to review - I’ve been coming here since 2014, and regardless who I’ve worked with (Tracy, Michelle, Vicki), or even the lovely folks who have since left, I’ve always been treated well and with respect.
Michelle was so kind and welcoming. She was incredibly knowledgable and I have reschedule to come back. Clinical Massage Therapist, does a great job of keeping the place clean with Massues that know what they are doing! I recommend them!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
