From the reviews
I highly recommend Clear Cut Rehab! I have been to many different rehab facilities over the years due to athletic injuries and Clear Cut is best. Austin, Allison and Luke are outstanding physical therapists. Each session you have your own individual therapist who only works with you.
I absolutely love it here! From the moment I walk in, Anne and Julia make me feel so welcome and supported. It's genuinely a place I look forward to going, which is huge for me. I've made so much progress with my health since I started, and that's all thanks to my amazing therapists.
Laura and Andy are AWESOME!!! I’ve dealt with my back issues for about 6 years. Tried the other physical therapy place a few years ago with no success. Decided to give ClearCut a try. Holy moly!! They are the best!!! I can do things I haven’t been able to do for a long time!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to for this. This was my first time doing physical therapy and I had a good experience. The front desk staff were super nice. But my review is really for Laura she was awesome. She’s professional, kind, and really attentive.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
