“I have experienced a lot of medical trauma (cancer and sepsis) and Lynn did a fabtastic job in creating a plan for me to heal, and now thrive.”

From the reviews

Cupping for athletes in your family. I’ve always had success with cupping so took our teen to Sandra and her serving arm pain was relieved!

★★★★★ — Susan, Feb 2026

Accupunture has been an important aspect of my life for many years for both overall wellbeing as well as fixing aching body parts usually do to intense exercise. I know what good acupuncture looks like. Lynn is one of the best healers I've ever worked with.

★★★★★ — Carolyn, May 2024

Lynn is SO SPECIAL!! I found Lynn for my own needs and then quickly began to refer all my clients to her, because let's get real, EVERYONE needs this care that she provides. I don't especially love the feeling of needles but the effects of the treatments go beyond the slight discomfort.

★★★★★ — Train, Sep 2023

Everything about working with Lynn is an A+, and I don’t generally hand out a rating like that very easily. I have been to 7-8 different acupuncturists over the past few years on my health journey. Nothing comes close to comparing to what the experience with Lynn is like. The results reflect this completely.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
