I am alive because of their chiropractor Dr. Colleen Nou, and prior to her, the dearly-departed Dr. James Morgano. It is that simple. Without Dr. Nou, no Russelito.
I had the most amazing deep tissue massage from a physical therapist, Brian. He asked for my preferences for localizing his work, he periodically made sure the warm table was perfect, and before he left the room, he described for me where the bathrooms and exit were, so I would not get disoriented.
My son has been seeing Dr. Noe since he was a baby. It was incredible to watch all of the improvements he made thanks to the adjustments from Dr. Noe! I went to her several times myself for ligament relief during one of my pregnancies. We love all of the staff there! Everyone is so kind and professional!

What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
