From the reviews

THE BEST IN WOMEN WELLNESS FOR ME!!! My pains and everything do not stand a chance after having Accupuncture & Cupping along with blood letting done by Dr. Cho. Started out as a referral and now she’s a MUST SEE!!! She’s my BFF FOR Body wellness and personal self care.

I started see Dr. Cho as part of my fertility team when preparing for IVF. I HIGHLY recommend her. She has such a calming spirit and gave me specific IVF protocol in the weeks/days leading up to the transfer, as well as for the TWW period.

Dr.Cho is exceptional. I have been to acupuncturists before even in NY and she was spot on with what she told me....this without having any prior medical records to review. Expect to pay for the information she provides as the visits are not cheap. I will be recommending her.

I brought my daughter in to see Hamilton several months ago. She was literally dying of blood loss from severe ulcerative colitis. At one point she was in the hospital getting blood transfusions. Daily pain level of 8-9 out of 10.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
