From the reviews
I have received regular chiropractic care for the past several years. About a year ago, I changed jobs and needed a chiropractor closer to my new workplace. Based on recommendations, I started seeing Dr. Aaron.
DR A is the absolute best! He is the only chiropractor that I trust and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially those a bit nervous about it. He has treated several friends and family. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and help you understand the root of the problem.
I have been seeing Dr. A and Dr. C for chronic back pain for over 7 years. My husband has been going for the same amount of time for relief from a shoulder injury as well as back injuries. I can't say enough about the Dr.s and their staff. My experience has been kind, prompt service without fail.
Dr. Coopersmith is the best. He truly cares about his patients and follows up appropriately to ensure you are on the mend. I highly recommend his practice.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
