From the reviews

I first went to Tom in 2016 or 2017🤔 and he did acupuncture with cupping- ooo, weee!!! And I kept going in 2018 and 2019 until I could barely move- (nothing to do with his services) I recently went to see him after my back surgery and was instantly relieved of the pressure.

★★★★★ — Richelle, Dec 2024

This place is great for body recovery. My son is a professional athlete and he loves going there to keep his body right. Tom is knowledgeable and will recommend anything that he thinks your body needs.

★★★★★ — Sharonda, May 2021

I regularly see Hannah, the practitioner who performs EFT tapping. She’s an extremely generous healer who does her best to tailor each session to your unique needs, and she does this usually by having a kind of talk therapy session before the actual tapping.

★★★★★ — Kristine, Mar 2025

Focuses on holistic healing and has everything you need on one place and fabulous customer service. Great energy and I felt truly cared for and that my needs mattered. It is very affordable in comparison to others and I did not feel they are doing it for wealth. They really care.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
