From the reviews

It's been a long time I've had a decent thai massage and this deep tissue massage fit the bill. My massage therapist was Sue. She was nice, polite and experienced. The massage rooms are no frill but I noticed everyone who left was smiling. My massage was on a table, not the floor.

My first time doing a Thai massage (I did the combination) and I seriously feel like a new person. They give you specialty clothes to wear and honor the full time (unlike other places I’ve visited). I had Vanda and she worked wonders for my body. Highly recommend!

Chris is the best! I workout a lot and had couple long drives recently, I felt sore at my neck, shoulder and back. That’s why I decided to try a strengthful massage this time. And it really helped! Chris listened to my attention and also looking for sources of the pain.

I haven't been here since before covid. I'm so glad I'm back. Today Cathy did a phenomenal job on my back. I got the combo massage and boy did it feel amazing. Cathy really listened and made sure I felt comfortable and that I was okay with the pressure. She went in on all my knots. I'll definitely be back soon.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
