From the reviews
It was great. Just a bit of advice, Don"t let them use suction. It can cause blood clotting.
I just finished my first float and I am hooked. The location was very nice. The staff was very friendly and explained the float to me and benefits. I had researched ahead of time and downloaded a free meditation for floating and it was an excellent assistant to help me relax.
I am absolutely pain free after my relaxing therapeutic massage. I went in with knee/elbow/back and neck pain and left feeling like a million bucks! I absolutely LOVE H2O and will continue to go, I have finally learned that you only have 1 body and you NEED TO take care of it, take care of yourself!
Ceena always asks about my current needs & focuses on that area of my body that needs the most attention. She provides a very comfortable environment, including music, for a relaxing therapeutic session!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
