From the reviews
I was looking for someone who is patient, who would listen to me and who can do deep tissue good quality massage, and I am so glad I come to Claire. She always tris to understand my concern first before the session and I always walk out with a relaxed body and mind.
I love coming to Claire! She is so knowledgeable about the body and how everything connects with muscles, the fascia, etc. I have been getting massages for chronic pain for 13 years now and with Claire, I leave feeling a much deeper level of pain relief than I have with anyone else.
Claire was amazing, she gave me information about what s most likely causing some of my pain and ways to improve my symptoms. The massage was more effective than others I’ve had and I feel even better the next day.
I’ve been seeing Claire on a monthly basis since 2017, and she has helped me through every different type of ache and pain imaginable. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and able to pinpoint problem areas, resolve them quickly, and adapt to your varying levels of pain during any given session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
