From the reviews
Absolutely EXCELLENT!!!! My hubby and I have been getting regular massages for years and years and by far this is our favourite place for massage......and we've had massages everywhere.
As a practicing massage therapist for over thirteen years and an active runner, rock climber, and outdoor enthusiast, I’ve experienced my fair share of bodywork. Elsy is by far one of the best body and energy workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
Wow, I’ve had a lot of massages before but I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. I had Mercedes give me a deep tissue and my Husband had Elsy for a sweedish. He agreed that his was just as incredible. They were professional, accommodating and couldn’t have been nicer.
Oh my goodness if you want a FANTASTIC massage in a gorgeous setting: this is the plan!!! Mercedes, the owner used to work at the Ritz Carlton and has an impeccable eye for beauty and wonderful strong hands.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
