From the reviews
Castle Rock Wellness is amazing! Kevin and Kelly are both great! Kelly is fantastic at explaining what the acupuncture treatment is and what the goal is specific to my needs! Also, they don't charge a crazy amount like many other places do! I highly recommend!
I have seen Kelly for acupuncture multiple times and she is amazing! I have been skeptical about acupuncture in the past, but after seeing her I have noticed that I am feeling better and so thankful.
Kevin and his wife are amazing. I see them to help with shoulder pain, and a little skeptical at first, but the results have been amazing without medicine. Highly recommend
Kelly is amazing and has really helped me rehab a shoulder injury. I also feel like I am getting better sleep at night as well. Highly recommend!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
