From the reviews
I’ve been receiving massage from Cassie for over 5 years now. She takes excellent time and care of her patients and tailors her treatment to their individual needs. Prices are reasonable and her new rewards program is a bonus perk! Highly recommend.
I tell all my friends about Cassie - she does an amazing job! At first I was skeptical about "just" a back and neck massage or "just" a reflexology, but I was wrong. Cassie is VERY thorough - it's like she targets one muscle fiber at a time until the entire group is worked out.
Cassie is a special gift! Her ability to conduct my deep tissue massage with varying levels of pressure ensures all my problem areas receive the perfect amount of attention.
Feeling so much better after my acupuncture with Cassie today. Thanks, Cassie!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
