Working with Carine has been an amazing experience. Being relatively new to acupuncture, I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. And yet Carine was able to treat issues, both internal and external, with a variety of effective techniques including needling and cupping.
Loved my session with Carrinna. As a fellow healer, it can often be challenging to find other healers I trust. Carrinee is definitely a gifted energy worker. I felt very relaxed and light after session- even more than when I get a deep tissue massage. The space was inviting and relaxing.
I had the opportunity to do a couple of distance healing sessions with Carine. She was quite frankly amazing. You can feel her energy reach into your very heart center. She gave me suggestions on things to work on outside of the sessions, which I did. I feel a tremendous improvement in my overall energy field.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
