From the reviews
I went to Capo Performance Rehab because my daughter, who is a gymnast, is having a great experience there. I went today for a new patient appointment with Brandon. I found him to be very attentive and knowledgeable. He asked questions with intention and explained each test or treatment very well.
Took my son in to see Dr Brandon… First of all Heidi who works the front desk is awesome! She has a great happy vibe and that shines through the entire office! Dr Brandon was very thorough with his ankle with his knowledge and talking to my son about his injury.
Dr. Mike, thank you for everything you’ve done for Bodhi. We came in hoping to get his heel pain under control, but you’ve done so much more than that. I really appreciate that you didn’t just focus on where it hurt—you evaluated his overall movement, ankle mobility, calves, hips, and put together a plan to address…
While looking for an appealing new doctor to visit, Dr Brandon and his team caught my eye while looking around. Dr Brandon is very professional and keeps an amazing 1 on 1 mindset with each patient he works with.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
