From the reviews

I cannot say enough good things! Cindy was absolutely incredible!!!! She made me feel extremely comfortable and we had the most amazing conversation. This woman takes her craft seriously and it shows!!! She totally melted all of the knots in my shoulders, neck and back.

It was my time getting a massage. Cindy is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable, and her voice is so calming. Ashiatsu might sound weird to some but I couldn’t tell that she was using her feet during my massage. I would recommend anyone that is having troubled areas or just a regular massage to come visit Cindy

★★★★★ — Ofelia, Apr 2022

Cindy is amazing. I've had hip pain for years and have gone to many doctors/massuese's that don't care to treat your problem. But Cindy is a great listener. She makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to heal or relax.

★★★★★ — Patricia, Aug 2023

Cindy was incredible! The amount of attention she gave to my specific needs throughout the process showed her professionalism and how much she truly cares to help her clients. I was mostly impressed by our short conversation regarding her desire to be a lifelong learner and to constantly grow in her craft.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
