From the reviews

Lauren is truly exceptional. She treated my 15-year-old son for knee issues, including patellar tracking problems and an MCL sprain, after he was already a year and a half post-surgery on his other knee.

BYLT Physical Therapy, is a phenomenal place to go. The Physical Therapists have the ability to meet with patients for a full hour without having to switch off to an assistant which is extremely beneficial to the success of the patient.

Luke is an excellent physical therapist. He genuinely cares, is very knowledgeable, and is easy to talk to. You get true one-on-one care with him at every visit, and he takes the time to explain the why behind each exercise. He also checks in and follows up after appointments, which makes you feel truly supported.

★★★★★ — Staci, Feb 2026

I had been dealing with hip pain for over a year when I finally saw Luke for PT. Within a couple months I was squatting and cycling again. I feel like the combination of dry needling and exercises that really addressed the root of the problem helped me move forward.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
