From the reviews

Grace Meneses, I just want to thank you and your excellent staff Gerald and Emily for all you’ve done for me and how I’ve been treated for the past month. I couldn’t have asked for or imagined better treatment, both physically and personally, from you or your personnel.

★★★★★ — King, Nov 2025

From the moment you walk in to when you leave your are greeted by a friendly staff member. My pt is very tuff and honest to give me the information I need to get my life back. I felt so lost with my recovery. And she put me in the direction I need to accomplish what I need. I’m not scared of hard work.

★★★★★ — Gina, Jun 2022

I was referred by my doctor for my sprained hand. I completed my sessions with them and now I have fully recovered, pain free. The staff there is awesome and knows exactly what they're doing. I even recommended my friend to do his physical therapy here. Highly recommended!

★★★★★ — Angelo, Oct 2017

They are very good at what they do. I use their help often enough and for example I can tell about last time experience. In the march this year I've got a hamstring strain and orthopedic doctor sent me to physical therapy. He told me to do all they will tell plus exercises or I will need surgery.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
