My recent experience at Brisk Therapy was incredibly powerful and meaningful. Olivia is truly gifted! She has quite literally poured her soul into a space that feels safe and divine. During my session, Olivia made me feel safe & cared for the entire time.

★★★★★ — Karly, Apr 2026

I just had the best massage that I’ve ever experienced. I can’t recommend Olivia enough. She truly has magic hands. There’s no other way to describe it. Not only was the massage physically amazing but also deeply mental and therapeutic.

★★★★★ — Sam, Apr 2025

I have tried multiple massage therapist and Olivia is by far the best!!! She has a wealth of knowledge from sports injuries to reiki and so much in between. Olivia is the most genuine person and goes above and beyond to help you in whatever way she can during your session with her.

★★★★★ — Matea, Feb 2026

I can honestly say this was the best massage and energetic release I’ve ever experienced. Olivia has such an intuitive gift — she knew exactly where my body was holding tension and helped release things I didn’t even realize I was carrying.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
